We have over 30 years of experience and pride ourselves on being able to self-perform most phases of a construction project. For areas we don't do, such as plumbing and electrical, we work with only licensed sub-contractors we trust. We understand the level of trust that you must place with your general contractor. In addition Beth Shipman has achieved the International Code Council-F13-National Standard Residential Building Contractor (C) designation and the International Code Council Cert-F46-National Framing Contractor. Beth is the founder and managing member of Shipman Builders. She is responsible for the estimating process, contracting, permitting, and financials. She also works in the field supervising the trade progress of each general contract to ensure outstanding quality, code compliance, safety, and cost containment.

Bruce is an experienced carpenter and woodworker with a background in residential construction to include framing, trim, windows, tongue and groove, beam work, doors and siding. Bruce can accurately read blue prints and determine material needs without wasting money. He treats your money as if it's his and has it down to a science.
